  • Hidden Valley National Park : Mirima: (Also known as Mini Bungle Bungles). Within walking distance if you so choose, this fascinating area of natural rock formations and numerous walking trails are a delight for all to enjoy. CALM also conduct guided tours for your pleasure.
  • Lake Argyle: Formed in 1972 with the damming of the Ord River this massive expanse of water is a haven for birdlife and our intriguing natural wildlife.
    Fact: Lake Argyle is the largest reservoir of freshwater in the Australian continent.
  • Argyle Diamond Mine: Not to be missed is the fascination Argyle Diamond Mine, producing over one third of the world’s diamonds. The exotic and rare pink diamond is mined at Argyle making a tour a must. Tours are available and bookings are essential.
  • Bungle Bungle Range: The Bungle Bungle Range, in Purnululu National Park, is one of Western Australia’s most amazing natural landmarks. From an aircraft, the Bungle Bungle Range is an imposing sight. The orange and black stripes across the rock mounds have given the formation the colloquial name of “Beehive”. The park is closed from January to April due to the monsoon conditions.
  • Barramundi Fishing: A trip to this exhilarating area known as Kununurra would not be complete without trying your luck at catching the fabulous barramundi. Sometimes known as the Nile Perch, this fish is found in the Northern waters of Australia, and sort by diners throughout the world.
